The format of the hazardous-waste label specified in Annex 4 to the Waste Management Rules has been amended. The label is no longer required to identify the responsible person, but it must state the hazardous property. The hazardous property must be specified in accordance with the Annex to Regulation No. 1357/2014. The holder must provide not only the company registration number and name, but also its address and telephone number.
